BuiltUp Ventures (BUV) specializes in early-stage, innovative Israeli Proptech startups.
BuiltUp Ventures is a seed investment fund specializing in early-stage, Israeli Proptech startups. Our 360-degree business model addresses all stages of the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Proptech process.
BuiltUp Ventures goes beyond investing in Proptech. With our vast resources in go-to-market strategy, and a strong U.S.-based business development team, we accelerate our portfolio companies’ value, which also benefits our investors.
Our business relationships foster partnerships, integrations, business development initiatives, and strategic alliances. These can improve the position of our portfolio companies for acquiring Round A investments. And they may remove the need for additional seed funding.
Our partnership with leading Israeli IP firm Cohn, de Vries, Stadler & Co., provides value to our portfolio companies.
Besadno Investment Group, the general partner of the Fund, has years of experience in the seed to Round A funding arena. This provides BuiltUp Ventures with access to talent in Israel’s high-tech startup ecosystem at the university, accelerator, and incubator levels.
